The Big Sister may be your toughest foe in Bioshock 2 but she is also a woman and as such she has womanly needs. Are you man enough to handle a Big Sister in the sack or will you need to stock up on penis enlarging ADAM before attempting such a feat? I am sure she would render any normal man unconscious after the excessive EVE (see:balls) draining but a Big Daddy might fulfill her needs just fine.
